Sound Journey

This special sacred sound journey is a time to relax and receive, and go within to integrate emotions. The guided meditation, healing vibrations, and optional gentle touch will transmit healing energy and help you enter the Alpha and Theta brain wave states where you can contact your subconscious, process and transmute your life experiences, sense new possibilities, and set intentions for the month to come. 

Join us every 3rd Friday 7-9 PM for a Reiki-infused sound bath that will lead you deeply within and connect you with the light and love that you inherently are. Powerful healers Viveka, Relendra, and Dawn Mulrooney trade off each month, so you’ll receive care and support from two or all three of these women depending on the season.

This month sound healer and reiki master Viveka will channel supportive vibrations as we approach the Taurus New Moon. Viveka will offer a soothing guided meditation to start, then guest reiki masters Kim Costill and Ryda Thuch will offer Reiki (spiritually charged healing energy transmitted through gentle touch) to all participants, clearing and balancing your chakras, while Viveka channels angelic vocals and play healing instruments to aid you in accessing deep restorative nourishment. Instruments played with healing intention will include crystal bowls, chimes, harp, rattles and rainstick, plus several powerful gongs.
