9D Somatic Breathwork

As a certified 9D Breathwork facilitator, Michael creates a grounded, supportive space for people to explore immersive breathwork journeys. He combines the structured 9D experience with his background in massage and bodywork, helping participants connect with what is happening in their bodies and allowing space for reflection and integration afterward.

Michael’s approach is experiential rather than prescriptive. He believes people already carry much of what they need within themselves, and that breath, sound, and embodied awareness can create powerful conditions for discovery. His sessions are designed to give people space to slow down, go inward, and experience themselves in a different way.
