Join Cookie Zvovushe for a not so yoga* “yoga class” that blends traditional asanas with ancestral body movements and somatic meditation.
Traditional yoga classes are taught with music that removes lyrics to avoid influencing your emotions; this class intentionally curates sounds and rhythms intended to tap into self-love and your inner sensuality.
Targeting hip movement and mobility alongside a full body sequence, this class is perfect for folks looking to move their bodies and enjoy going inward for 75 minutes.
