Restore & Receive: Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Restorative yoga will unwind tension in your body, then healing vibrations will infuse you with peace. Join Viveka in opening space in the body and mind, in service of the heart and spirit. The sound bath following the yoga will include gongs, crystal bowls, harp, and ethereal vocals. Come as you are and leave feeling relaxed, nourished, and whole.
