Our Story

Every month, Lajja will be hosting an event that will bring the community together to tell, well, our story. If you’re brave and willing, you’ll put your name in a hat, and we’ll call members of the community up to the stage to present a 5-15 minute long story based around a central theme. This is an incredibly special event that bridges the gap between the individual and the collective, allowing us to see how unique, yet similar we are in the human experience. So mark your calendars, bring your friends and family, and hopefully, be courageous enough to put your heart – or wit and humor – out on stage!
