Midsummer Days Dream Dance

A 4-week movement and expressive arts series with Lily, exploring dream, myth, and the body’s own wisdom through the lens of summer’s timelessness. Sessions include guided meditation, energy drawing, and small-group sharing.

Lily is a visual artist, retired RN, lifelong dancer, certified in Somatic Expressive Therapy, who blends movement, depth psychology, and trauma-informed practice to help others reconnect with their bodies and creativity.
