Mid-week Reset Sound Bath

Join Viveka for a restorative sound journey that concludes the preceding Hatha Mantra Mudra class – you may attend both offerings together, or simply join for the sound bath. This half hour nourishing experience will cleanse your energy centers with meditative soundscapes featuring gongs, metal bowls, crystal bowls, rainstick and chimes, and ethereal vocals. Allow yourself to integrate your practice and recent experiences while receiving insight from Spirit in this mid-week refreshing reset!
