Healing through Ecstatic Dance

This Saturday’s ecstatic dance event is gonna be amazing! We are having it one block away, At Milwaukie Bay Park!

Moving authentically is beautiful and healing, regardless of the song or style you love to move in. Our idea is to host an ecstatic dance (a form of movement without any specific steps and free from judgment) in a way that’s both intensely personal, yet deeply rooted in connection. So come in, be vulnerable, and let us dance to the rhythm of your beat, baby! This family-friendly event will welcome all ages and genders, and there will be an art table for those who may not feel like moving. We look forward to moving with you!

This month DJ Jen will be guiding us in a special dance journey!

Presenters (Huck and Kyle) will hold:

• Opening and closing circle
• Safe container in which to explore

Materials provided will include:

• Butcher paper rolls
• Individual drawing sheets
• Coloring books and pencils
• Kids coloring books
• Books on How-to-draw animals, etc
