Group Community Acupuncture with Laura and Charles

Come to life more fully by receiving acupuncture with embodied movement in a community setting from two holistic acupuncturist Healers. This offering is held in a soulful, compassionate container with a sound bath, tuning forks, essential oils, and intuitive energy healing. Sprinkled with offerings of qigong, guided visualization, and inspirational poetry. Good for the well-being of your body, mind & spirit and soothing theaches of life. Come as you are, leave feeling more relaxed, connected & emotionally regulated. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows access up to the elbows and knees. We will begin at 2:30 pm with an opening group sharing circle, then transition into guided qi gong movements that serve to explore what each person wants to focus on during their acupuncture session. You will then settle in to receive your acupuncture treatment. We will close our circle together and end at 4:30 pm. If needed, you are also free to leave at any time after your acupuncture is complete.
