Grand re-opening fundraiser party!

The Church of Embodied Essence is a charitable nonprofit dedicated to making diverse spiritual offerings available to the community in Milwaukie on a donation basis.

The CoEE will be taking over Lajja Space in September, hosting regular spiritual events, while also renting to teachers offering enlivening events that include music, movement, and mindfulness! At this fun community event, you’ll get a chance to learn more about this nonprofit and even sample many of the exciting events happening at Lajja!

We’ll start at 3pm with introductions, snacks and social time, then you’ll have the opportunity to bid on raffle items and hear from board members and teachers about the diverse healing offerings going on at Lajja.

At 4:30 you’ll get to sample mini classes such as breakdancing, Ritual Prana Yoga, meditation, and Vocal Yoga! We’ll have a short social snack time after that, then continue with…

Kirtan, a mini song circle, a mini sound bath, then a contact improv dance to warm us up for a community ecstatic dance going until 8pm!
