Becoming Fathers

Becoming Fathers is a monthly workshop for men to explore what it means to father and how fathering can shape the way we live, relate, and create. This workshop is for those trying to conceive, already fathering, or interested in exploring fatherhood as a path of self-development. Each month we will explore a central theme surrounding fatherhood and the way it interacts with our lives.

What to expect

• Arrival and opening
• Meditation and embodiment practice
• Themed teaching (e.g., conscious conception, cultivating healthy masculinity, relationship to earthly and universal Father, partnership and parenthood, self and relational intimacy practices, awakening creativity, etc.)
• Community dialogue and personal reflection
• Closing

Each workshop comes with a small book to aid in furthering exploration of the month’s topic.

Suggested donation $40-60, donations are appreciated but never necessary to attend. Your presence is the most valuable.
