Body-Led Singing Workshop
June 26 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

- Do you want to learn vocal techniques that transform and free your sound — even when others are listening?
- Do you want to rewire your brain and nervous system to breathe instead of freeze when others witness your voice?
- Do you find your mind getting stuck in negative loops around not being the “perfect” singer?
- Are you interested in sharing your voice with empathetic people who listen to relate, be moved, and understand — not judge?
- Do you want to unlock more laughter, tears, and connection?
This workshop welcomes all levels and is designed to unravel vocal tension through connection, improvisation, and breath-led movement. My workshops consistently attract supportive, caring, empathetic people. I invite you into this experience — a weekend that will deepen and expand your relationship to your voice.
You Will Explore
- The basics of oral and body alignment as they relate to singing and breath
- Vocal improvisation practices that address the psycho-emotional aspects of vocal freedom — including permission to make imperfect sounds
- Movement patterns that help release tension in the voice
- Meditations that support the rewiring of emotionally rooted vocal tension
Students Have Reported
- A sense of feeling “filled up” by a supportive community
- Physical ease and lightness from the movement practices
- Access to effortless, ringing sound throughout their range
- A heightened sense of interoception that helps guide them toward their free voice
